1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need: details you give us (such as your name, email and message when you contact us), and limited technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working well.
Book payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your messages and prayer requests, fulfil book orders, send receipts and partner communications you have asked for, and improve our ministry resources.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
3. Legal basis & consent
We process personal data based on your consent, to perform a contract (such as an order), or for our legitimate interests in operating the ministry, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
4. Third-party services
Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and podcast episodes with the Spotify player; these load only when you press play and are governed by their providers’ privacy policies. Book payments are handled by Razorpay, and partnership gifts by your bank, UPI app or PayPal, under their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and our systems are regularly reviewed.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to jojilalu@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
